Return Policy – American Coastal Apparel

At American Coastal Apparel, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away and include a picture of the damaged item so we can initiate an exchange or refund.

Clothing Sizing:
Please refer to our size charts before ordering to ensure the best fit. We do not accept returns for incorrect sizing unless the item is unworn and in its original condition.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow a up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
